How we use your account data
We only ask for the details we need to give you a useful account. Here's what happens to each piece of information.
What we do not store or share
These details are handled by our secure authentication provider and are never visible to the site owner or shared with third parties:
- Name:Used only to greet you inside your account. We do not pass it on or use it to identify you outside the app.
- Password:Handled by the authentication service. The app never sees, stores, or receives your password.
- Email:Used only as your login identifier. We do not use it for marketing or share it with anyone else.
What we store and why
We keep two pieces of information purely to understand who uses the site. They are stored against your account and are not used to identify you personally:
- Year of birth:Helps us understand the age group of visitors. Stored for statistical purposes only.
- Canton:Helps us understand where visitors come from. Stored for statistical purposes only.
We do not sell or pass on any of this information to advertisers, schools, or other third parties.
Your saved apprenticeships
When you click the heart on an apprenticeship, the page link is saved to your account so you can find it again later. This is tied to your account and is deleted when you delete your account.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. This removes your profile, saved favorites, and the statistical data we stored.
